What do I need to bring for pick-up?

A valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), identification (passport or national ID), and a credit card. A SEK 7 000 deposit is required only for foreign driver's licenses; Swedish licenses are exempt.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up time. Late cancellation will be charged one day's rental fee.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, you must be at least 21 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year. For some car classes, you must be 25 and have held a license for 3 years.
