Booking and cancellation
Service bookings are made via web form, email, or phone
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed time
No-shows without cancellation will be charged full price
Payment
Invoicing takes place after the service is performed, payment terms 10 days net
In case of late payment, a reminder fee and interest according to the Swedish Interest Act will apply
Responsibility
Norrrent is responsible for performing cleaning services with high quality. The customer is responsible for providing access to the premises/home and for notifying in advance about sensitive surfaces or items.
