These general terms and conditions apply to all car rentals from Norrrent AB (org.no 5591081178) at Kallaxvägen 1, 972 54 Luleå.
By entering into a rental agreement with Norrrent, the renter accepts these terms in full. Any deviations must be agreed in writing.
The rental period begins at the time specified in the rental agreement and runs until the agreed return time. The price includes:

The following requirements apply to rent a car from Norrrent:

All our rental cars are fully insured. Insurance is always included in the rental price!

With us, the standard deductible is only SEK 10,000 - and you can easily reduce it to SEK 0 with our zero deductible add-on.

The car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a fuel surcharge plus service fee will be charged.
Miles driven beyond free mileage are charged according to the current price list (SEK 3-4/10km depending on car category).

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, Swedish law applies and the dispute is settled in Luleå District Court.
Consumers can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
